This house was built a century ago.  According to Junko, it took 3 years to build.  When Junko was young, there were nine people living in this house-Kanae, Junko, and their parents, and another Morinishi family. All wood materials were from the mountain that the Morinishi family owns, Yoshida-maru. The stone wall was built by hand. The original 'Naya' storage was used as employee housing for their timber business. The original 'Kura' storage was built at the same time with the main building. The water is from the natural spring just above this house.  You can drink the best coffee and tea with this water.  Enjoy the amazing view of Kamiyama town from this house.
